Informatica has been recognized as one of Newsweek's America’s Greatest Workplaces for 2023, earning the highest ranking of 5 stars. We announce our recent achievement with heartfelt appreciation for the dedication and resilience of our teams.

But what makes a company truly great? It's not just competitive salaries, high-caliber talent, effective leadership, diversity and an inclusive and supportive culture – although those certainly are critical.

At Informatica, we've faced our own share of difficulties, including restructuring our organization to support expected growth during our final stage of transforming to a cloud-only company. The extensive ranking process for Newsweek's America’s Greatest Workplaces 2023 identified the top 1,000 companies in the United States, collecting 389,000 company reviews from diverse backgrounds across critical categories ranging from our corporate culture to work-life balance. Achieving this 5-star recognition is more than just a checkbox, it's about the real experiences of our employees.

But it doesn't stop there. Informatica has been honored with over a dozen top employer awards in 2023. We're proud of our unique market position, and there is truly something special within our walls that is hard to pinpoint. One way to define it could be the recent comparison we received to the heartwarming hit series Ted Lasso due to our extraordinary teamwork.
